Return Conditions 

All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition

All items must be returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date

Original shipping charges you pay or we pay are not refundable*

Invoice must be included in return package

Returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales will only receive a refund of the discounted amount paid or exchange for a different item priced at the same amount paid by the customer. This does not apply to orders with a 15% discount or more.

There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over $100 or orders with more than 5 items.

Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted and will be donated. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping & we do not refund our costs of shipping the order to you as we still paid shipping to send out (even if it was free shipping).

We recommend shipping it back through USPS since it's the most affordable option.

Exchanges 

We accept exchanges. Please contact us to start the process.
